Spring Season Year End Infomation
Thank you to all the parents, grandparents and guardians for supporting our youth soccer players throughout our Spring Season! With our Spring Season ending, we have a few housekeeping items to share with everyone!
Office Hours
Our office will be open Tuesday July 2nd to Friday July 5th from 8:30am to 12:30pm for anyone that needs to pick up photos, drop off registrations or drop off jerseys. (More info below)
Our office is located at #207 - 369 Oliver Street, Williams Lake, BC
Individual and Team Photos
Individual Photos: You can pick up your players individual photos at the office. If our above office hours do not work for you, please email admin@wlysa.com.
Team Photos: Please contact your coach if you did not receive your team photo.
U4 - U6 Metals and Balls
If you were unable to attend the final practice for the U4 - U6 age groups and your player did not receive their Timbits Metal and Ball, you can pick up the items at the office.
Jerseys
If you have a "WLYSA" Jersey and did not return it after the final game - please drop it off at the office. Sponsored jerseys are kept by the players.
Referees
The referee cheques will be printed and mailed out after the long weekend. The reimbursement for the referee courses will be included on the cheques.

This past spring season we had 240 volunteers assisting with 98 teams! Thank you to everyone who volunteered as a coach, assistant coach, or phone parent throughout the Spring Season! WLYSA would not run without all of our volunteers!
