WLYSA currently has 5 director positions available for re-election of current board members, or election of new members.
The board of directors is responsible for overseeing the WLYSA society, and determining the yearly and long-term objectives of the club. Board members participate in organizing the spring outdoor season, and other club hosted seasons or events throughout the year. The board must host a minimum of 8 meetings per year where decisions are brought forward for employees and volunteers to act on. WLYSA has 3 part-time employees that assist the board in carrying out operational tasks - Administrative Coordinator, Technical Director, and Summer Fields Employee.
The AGM will consist of reviewing the past year and looking forward to the next year ahead. We invite everyone who would like to support the association to attend.
